Very limited uses cant even tune for stations for fm

Ive been through two different Yamaha receivers and proven that the app is buggy, not the receiver. The app worked the first time I turned on the receiver but not since. Cannot find my receiver any more. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Worked once and never again. Will have to go with a different manufacturer as Yamaha is not reliable.

Common guys its 2016 you need an update for the iphone 6plus ,the 6s plus and the ipad pro ! You need a better screen resolution!!

Whats the deal yamaha!! I spend 1600$ on the rx 2050 and the app is not on the compatible list!! App cant find receiver. What a joke

Just got the RX-V579 but the app cant detected it event putting the IP number. Some fix soon please!

Got av 479 problems fix need update first and reset your iPad or iPhone if you still go the same bug step 1 reset Yamaha unit dont forget to connect network and take update. Step 2 network on . and connect good luck to all

I have been using this app constantly for two years plus. It is perfect!. I use it instead of Russsound. I can control all the speakers in my house. Room to room. While in the shower, my office or in the home theatre, it allows me room by room control. No keypads needed. Just carry my iphone with me. What more can you want? Maybe a network guy to set it up?

This was a great app when I first got it. But now it will not connect to my iPad. Very frustrating. Please update this app....

App worked amazing until we purchased Apple Music now it is no longer supported.

Spent a lot of $ on this amp and the app worked once and I cant get it to work again. Need a bug fix in a huge way or back to onkyo I go.

Quit working with iOS 9.35 update. "Cant connect with Receiver" is the message given when the App is opened. Everything has been updated. Please fix...

Had problems with the iOS 9.35 update (quit working). Updated Receiver, iPhone to iOS 10 still couldnt connect. Due to a few internet drop-outs on my iPad decided to update to a new Gateway (for free) from Shaw and now everything is working great again. Seems that Shaw was in the process of dropping support for my older modem and was undergoing numerous other changes. A great product overall...

This is a terrible update. Everything was working fine until this update. Now app cant find my receiver. Why do companies deploy updates that completely destroy all functionality. Steer clear of this update!
